Cathay Pacific Airways is seeking for an enthusiastic team player to join their Reservation & Ticketing team in Ho Chi Minh City office.

Job Description:
- To handle customers’ phone calls and enquiries for travel purpose with Cathay Pacific Airways.
- To serve Cathay Pacific Airways customers by making reservations of seats, hotels and tour packages and other travel arrangements in compliance with Cathay Pacific ‘s standard and policy.
- To issue tickets and other concerning travel documents such as hotel vouchers, tour package vouchers upon customers’ requests.
- To handle routine office work such as: queue handling, issue ID/AD ticket, refund & lost ticket handling, hotel reservation reporting, pre-flight checking…
- To handle back office job timely and correctly.
- To make sure he/she will well understand all circulars provided by Supervisor or Manager as well as take necessary actions if required.
- To achieve his/her individual target.
All above key responsibilities need to be full filed in line with the CX-SGN Reservation/Ticketing Standards Sheet.
Requirements:
- Good spoken English-Vietnamese and ability to speak Chinese as a third language.
- Have excellent customer service skills and experiences in sales to be preferred.
- Willing to meet people, having good communication skills.
- Ability to identify problem and to make decisions.
- Education background.
- Basic typing and PC skills.
