The InterContinental Asiana Saigon has appointed Roberto Mancini as executive chef to replace Rolando Manesco who becomes director of food and beverage of Crowne Plaza Nha Trang which is almost completed.
Italian native Mancini has more than two decades of culinary experience throughout Asia and Europe during his tenure with the prestigious hotel brand.
“Having spent some time in this attractive city before, I am eager to come back and work at this most successful IHG property in the region – InterContinental Asiana Saigon. With the support from our skillful team here, we will please all taste buds and ensure great dining experiences at our outlets including the well-known Market 39, Yu Chu Chinese restaurant and the Basilico-trattoria Italian restaurant,” Mancini said.
